RESTORATION

All physical memories will degrade with age, regardless of how they are stored. Storing your memories out of UV light and leaving them in climate controlled storage will decrease the degradation but nothing will stop it, apart from storing it digitally.

IMAGE RESTORATION

We can scan and digitally repair your damaged images, including fixing discolouration. All work is charged on an hourly basis. Our staff use modern practices to correct damage and recreate images from other sources, making them look as good as new.

VIDEO RESTORATION

The best example of video restoration was carried out by James Cameron on the World War 1 videos. We use the same techniques to restore your videos.

The video source and amount of damage will normally decide on the amount of manpower needed to get your videos up to standard.

TIMESCALES

Digital restoration can be a time consuming process and we have a constant flow of work, as such we will confirm estiamted completion times, however we consider repairing your beloved memories and art and you cannot rush an artist. In the event that your restoration is delayed we will immediately let you know that timings have slipped.

In the event that work is needed by a certain date we can reorder the work to meet your deadlines.

Digital copies of your memories are traditionally returned in one of the following formats, however we can save images in any other well known format if requested.
